    After spending over $200 (possibly more as there was 6 of us) in the bar we moved to the bottle shop attached to purchase some takeaways. As they could not supply us with a cold case of beer we were after, we started to swap 2 of the 4 six packs for cold ones seeing that there was 2 six packs in the fridge and assuming they had more in the pub. We were told that we could only swap one and when i asked why this was the case, i was told that these were the rules. I again questioned the attendant (Rob) why we could not swap them only to be then told again these were the rules and that he could not make an exception. I questioned if this was good customer service and he questioned my methods. I admit i questioned numerous times as i did not see the issue seeing as though we had spent well in excess of $400 - $500 at the venue. Needless to say, there are 6 people who wont attend the venue in any capacity again and don't go there for a cold case of beer!
